What you will need

  • 1 1/2 lbs grass fed ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium sized onion, chopped
  • 1 cup of ground Mary’s Gone Crackers
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Directions

  1. First you need Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Then Mix your crackers with salt, pepper, cayenne, thyme in blender until fine.
  3. Now lets Combine the mixture with egg, onion, garlic and beef in a mixing bowl
  4. Then Transfer to a loaf pan, pack lightly
  5. Finally Bake for 1hr.

Create your Glaze

  • 1/2 cup organic ketchup
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
